11. Disclaimers

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be brought in state or federal courts located in Queens County, New York, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

Time Limit to File Claims: Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arises, unless prohibited by law.

16. Termination
